This patcher receives a 1 or 0 from active/non-active regions. It spits out a bang only when a number increases (from 0 – 1) to stop MIDI notes being triggered when numbers moved out of range and value went from 1 – 0, making a second bang. Secondly this only creates a MIDI note ON when a bang is received via the controller, NOT when pitch values are changed from the GUI OR when the scene changes (as changing values directly into makenote object bangs a new MIDI note). The initial bang is made into a toggle which switches off after a del of 50ms, briefly opening a gate to let pitch value bang (note ON) through
